1. What are the characteristics of the racking system?

The system is simple to install and economical. It features blue uprights and orange beams (customizable), including upright protectors, row spacers, and steel decking. The first layer of pallets can be placed directly on the floor.

2. What is the standard delivery time?

Standard products typically take 15 working days. Specialized or customized products are delivered within 25 working days.

3. What are the payment terms?

We accept T/T (30% deposit, balance before shipment) or L/C. All bank charges are borne by the remitter.

4. How is the product packaged for export?

We use standard sea shipping packaging, including wrapping film and protective cardboard to ensure safety during transit.

5. What is the warranty period?

We provide a 12-month warranty for non-artificial damage (excluding force majeure). Wood and plastic components are excluded from this standard warranty.
