Radio shuttle racking is a semi-automated palletized products storage solution system, which is revolutionary within the fields of warehousing and logistics allowing for greater efficiency and better usage of the warehouse area than ever before.

It consists of pallet racking, radio shuttle and forklift.

Loading: Forklifts load the pallet on the shuttle cart, which is located at the front of the drive-in system, then the shuttle car carry the pallet to an appointed location by remote control.

Unloading: Shuttle car carries the pallet to the exit of the racking system under the control of the remote, then the forklift unloads the pallet.

  • Top and back bracing are used to fix the whole racking, making the whole racking stable and safe
