📦 What is Cantilever Rack?
Cantilever rack is a storage system specially designed for long, circular and irregular goods. Its core structure consists of columns and cantilevers. One end of each cantilever is fixed to the column, while the other end extends outward to bear the load of goods.
To enhance stability, the rack is usually equipped with auxiliary components such as diagonal tension rods and back pull members. The height of the cantilevers can be flexibly adjusted according to the size of the stored goods. Classified by load-bearing capacity, it can be divided into light-duty, medium-duty and heavy-duty types. It can also be designed as a single-sided or double-sided structure according to site requirements.

A: We are a professional manufactory for storage racks with over 16 years of experience.
Q2: What raw materials are used in your products?
A: We primarily use carbon steel Q235B for normal temperatures. For cold storage (-18°C or lower), we use Q345D. Other types of steel can be customized.
Q3: Do you have a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
A: No, we do not have an MOQ requirement for most products. However, a 1*20ft container is recommended to optimize shipping costs.
Q4: What is your standard delivery time?
A: It depends on the order quantity and racking type, but it is typically 15 to 30 days after receipt of the deposit.
Q5: How are the products packaged for export?
A: Standard export packaging is used. All parts are packed with packing tape, stacked regularly, and covered with plastic film; shelves are packed in cartons.
Q6: What are your accepted payment terms?
A: We welcome T/T and L/C payment methods.
