Radio shuttle racking is a semi-automated palletized products storage solution system, which is revolutionary within the fields of warehousing and logistics allowing for greater efficiency and better usage of the warehouse area than ever before. It consists of pallet racking, radio shuttle and forklift.

  • Loading: Forklifts load the pallet on the shuttle cart at the front of the drive-in system; the shuttle car then carries the pallet to an appointed location via remote control.
  • Unloading: The shuttle car carries the pallet to the exit of the racking system under remote control for the forklift to unload.
  • FILO System: Efficient first-in-last-out access system.
  • Stability: Top and back bracing ensure the entire racking structure remains stable and safe.
