2. What's your payment term and delivery time?
a. TT 30% in advance, other against copy documents.
b. Irrevocable L/C at sight.
c. EXW price & cash are also acceptable.
d. The delivery time is 20-45 days after the order is confirmed.
3. How is the goods being packed?
Goods can be wrapped by plastic banding plus stretch film, palletized, or any other packing upon the customer's request.
4. What is your average production delivery time?
2-3 weeks against formal order and deposit.
5. Can you send me a sample for reference?
Our standard product samples are free of charge except for the freight fee. For customized products, the sample fee, as well as the freight fee, are charged.
6. Is it ok to have my own design products with small quantity?
Yes, we can go with your customized design, no matter small or big qty. However, please understand the cost will be different.
