AS/RS is the main application form in the field of non-dense automated storage. The system consists of stacker crane, pallet conveying system, racking system, and WMS/WCS management and control system.
Compared to dense storage systems, this system can manage any pallet position and is suitable for storage modes with a large number of SKUs and requirements for return and sorting. Single-deep or double-deep designs can be implemented to optimize storage density.
Open Pallet: Standard shape used in Europe and Asia (800x1200 / 1000x1200).
Closed Pallet: Standard shape for versatile logistics applications.
Stillages / Pallet Cage: Four-legged cages for storing machine parts.
Long Objects: High density storage for pipes, bars, and plates up to 6m.
Our S/RM enables efficient horizontal and vertical positioning movement within the AS/RS. The Double Mast Design provides added stability for heavier loads and supports heights up to 140 feet.
