The pallet rack system is very cost-effective, providing high capacity storage and easy access to all pallets. It offers direct access to all pallets with great load flexibility. It installs quickly and adjusts easily to specific warehouse needs.
Radio Shuttle Rack is a high-density storage system including racking and electrically powered pallet runners which works with forklifts. This highly efficient storage solution provides a maximum use of warehouse space.
| Loading | With the radio controller order, the pallet runner transports the pallet into the tunnel of racking system from the home position, then returns for the next pallet. |
| Picking | With the radio controller order, the pallet runner carries pallets out of the deep tunnel to the home position for the forklift to retrieve. |
| Transferring | The pallet runner can be transferred to other tunnels by a forklift. The quantity of pallet runners depends on tunnel depth, throughput, and frequency. |
FILO: Used when the racking system has one passage way.
FIFO: Used when the pallet runner has access to both ends of the tunnels.
The Radio Shuttle system consists of supporting racks, shuttle rails, and a Radio shuttle cart (also called Pallet Runner or Pallet Mole). The cart runs on the rails and is propelled by an electric motor. It features a lifting platform to move pallets vertically for placement on the rails. All movements are controlled via a hand-held remote control.
Warranty: 2 years after receipt of equipment.
