Very Narrow Aisle Racking (VNA Racking) is an efficient warehousing solution aimed at maximizing warehouse space utilization by reducing the width of aisles between racks. Its biggest feature is that the width of the tunnel is relatively narrow, usually between 1.6 meters and 2.2 meters, which allows for the storage of more goods in the same warehouse area.
VNA Racking is a type of storage racking named after the relatively narrow forklift handling channels. While the main body is a selective pallet racking system, it incorporates a "three-way stacking forklift" action guide rail installed on the bottom ground. This design allows the channel width to be only slightly larger than the palletized goods, achieving high-density storage requirements.
VNA Rackings are composed of selective pallet rackings and three-way stacking forklifts. The forklift slides along predetermined guide rails or utilizes magnetic navigation technology to ensure accurate positioning and driving. These systems are widely used in e-commerce, manufacturing, cold chain logistics, and pharmaceutical warehouses.
