Product Description

Clean room Definition: A clean room is a specially designed environment to exclude airborne particles, bacteria, and other harmful pollutants. It precisely controls indoor temperature, cleanliness, pressure, air velocity, air distribution, noise, vibration, lighting, and static electricity.

Regardless of how outside air conditions fluctuate, the clean room maintains original set requirements for cleanliness, temperature, humidity, and pressure performance characteristics.

Main Function: The primary purpose is to control environmental cleanliness and atmospheric humidity for products (such as silicon) during contact. This ensures products remain in an optimal environment during production and manufacturing. In international practice, dust-free purification levels are determined by the standard number of particles per cubic meter with a diameter greater than a specific standard. While not 100% free of dust, levels are controlled to extremely tiny units, which is essential for optical structures where even minimal dust can have a significant negative impact.
