Clean room is a specially designed environment constructed to exclude airborne particles, bacteria, and other harmful pollutants. It maintains precise control over indoor temperature, cleanliness, interior pressure, air velocity, air distribution, noise, vibration, lighting, and static electricity within specific parameters.
Regardless of how external air conditions change, the interior of our modular clean rooms maintains its original set requirements for cleanliness, temperature, humidity, and pressure performance.
The primary function of a clean room is to control the environmental cleanliness and atmospheric conditions that products contact. This ensures that manufacturing processes, such as those for optical structures or silicon-based electronics, occur in a controlled space where even microscopic dust is managed to prevent negative impacts on quality.
